The Charlotte Regional Business Alliance (CLT Alliance) has begun a grant-funded west Charlotte small business support initiative in partnership with Alexandra Arrington Consulting (AAC) and Spero Hawk Coaching & Consulting.

As a part of this initiative, AAC is hosting focus groups with a variety of stakeholders. We’d like to learn what opportunities, challenges, and perspectives are held regarding the west Charlotte small business community, and invite your feedback.

Participants can opt to receive a financial incentive for their participation, and in-person groups will have dinner provided.

This virtual lunch and learn will explore attendees’ experience in creating and maintaining meaningful connection.

Using workplace culture as a measure, we’ll review strategies for assessing, generating, and maintaining authentic connection in increasingly disconnected times.
